Lagos - The fuel subsidy scam involving huge sums of money capable of causing constipation has become the most discussed issue in Nigeria today.
Nigerians have expressed shock and disbelief at Hon. Farouk Lawan’s report on the matter and the Occupy Nigeria movement has vowed to stage version 2.0 of their demonstration if the scandal dose not lead to the arrest of owners of Hummer jeeps, G-wagons, Range Rover SUVs, and people living in VGC Lagos.
While some are preparing to take to the streets in protest, a young trainee Pastor interviewed by this reporter expressed his regret for not pursuing a career in the petroleum industry.
According to him, “My father insisted I do this pastor job because my k legs will not allow me play football or join the army. Now I am regretting following his advice that Church business is the best way to make money in Nigeria."
