Scientists discover virus that causes love

Lagos - Scientists today announced an amazing accidental breakthrough in the area of virology.
Specifically, research students investigating the role of viruses in mental illness have discovered the virus that causes Love.
The virus, which has since been named the UD Virus after a love interest of one of the researchers, has been isolated in lab tests and demonstrated to cause the condition known as Love when it is injected into the systems of previously sane subjects.
Excited over the findings as the scientists are, the possible applications of the discovery are still not clear.
One promising prospect is to develope a cure for the condition known as Love. There are those opposed to this proposal however, notable amongst are diamond retailers, valentine's card printers, and wedding planners.
