MYTH BUSTERS do Nigerian myths

They want to test the maga-must-pay theory
California - In a yet to be televised episode of the American series, Myth Busters, Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, the star presenters of the show, tackle a series of Nigerian myths.
Producing the episode proved challenging when Nigerians living in the United States were reluctant to come forward even after being offered money to appear on the show.
The day was however saved when one of the executive producers approached a group of Nigerian students whose visas had not yet run out.
Coming up with precise experiments was also difficult as Nigerians were involved.
The producers wanted to test the myth that Nigerians are always late, otherwise known as African Time, and the myth that Nigerians always answer questions with questions.
Filming got off to a bad start when the Nigerian students arrived late on set (four hours late) and offered in way of an explanation: “Was it two o’clock or four o’clock that we agreed?”
