Republicans say Obama may not have been conceived in America

Washington - As millionaire Mitt Romney gears up to challenge Obama, his party has once again cast doubt on the President's right to rule.
The republicans had earlier demanded to see President Barack Obama's birth certificate believing him to be the stowaway son of an illegal immigrant.
That controversy put to rest; Republicans are now questioning whether President Obama was actually conceived in the United States.
Party Chiefs have asked for a judicial review to determine whether someone not conceived in the United States but born here should be considered an American.
Party members are adamant that the onus falls on Obama to prove that his parents made love to have him while they were on American soil. Members have rejected suggestions that their motives are racially biased.
